State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation published in the Gazette on the 27th day of May 1965, at page 855, and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as number 633450 be and the same is hereby revoked to the extent of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and in substitution therefor the State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Being

0 0 23·14 Lot 1, D.P. 15831, part Section 244, Town of Palmerston North, situate in the City of Palmerston North, and being part C.T. 734/6, together with and subject to K. 40325 Pipeline certificate under Section 26 of the Housing Act 1955 relating to pipelines.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Being
A. R. P.
0 0 23·86 Lot 7, D.P. 15831, being parts Suburban Section 244, Town of Palmerston North, situate in the City of Palmerston North, and being part C.T. 734/6. Subject to K. 40325 Pipeline certificate under Section 26, Housing Act 1955 relating to pipelines.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of February 1966.

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
