MASTERTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 4, 1966-£26,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Masterton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £26,500, authorised to be raised by the Masterton
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of repaying at maturity that portion of the Water-
works and Sewerage Improvement Loan 1953-£173,250,
which matures on 1 December 1966, the said Masterton
Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·106d. in the
f upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the
Borough of Masterton; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, to be
payable on the 1st day of June and the 1st day of December
in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

SOUTHLAND COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan (No. 7), 1966, £50,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Southland County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds) authorised to be
raised by the Southland County Council under the above-
mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to
farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the South-
land County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·046d.
(.046 of a penny) in the f upon the unimproved rateable
value of all rateable property of the district comprising the
whole of the County of Soutthland; and that the special rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the
loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each
and every year until the loan is fully paid off."

CITY OF AUCKLAND
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to the City of Auckland District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
change to the district scheme, under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, for the City of Auckland, was approved
by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on
19 October 1966.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned
change to the district scheme shall come into operation on
28 October 1966; by which date certified correct copies of
the scheme change, as approved, will be deposited in the
Council's office and in every public library in the district,
and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so
requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
Map amendment:
No. 135 Park Road, Grafton. Designation of Proposed
reserve for national, civic, cultural, and community purposes—
University of Auckland.

HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Review of Hastings City District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the Review of the
Hastings City District Scheme under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953 was approved by the Council by resolution
passed at its meeting held on the 25th day of October 1966,
after all the objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the
review of the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme
as reviewed had been amended to give effect to all objections
and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district
scheme as reviewed required by the Board had been incor-
porated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come
into operation on the 1st day of January 1967.
Copies of the reviewed scheme as approved have been
deposited in the Council's office and in the Hastings Public
Library in Karamu Road and may be inspected without fee
by any person who so requires at any time when those places
are open to the public.

FEATHERSTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Amendment Four to the Featherston
Borough Council Approved District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Council, made on the 20th day of October 1966,
amendment four to the Featherston Borough district scheme
has been recommended for approval under the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953. The proposed amendment com-
prises a change from residential, stage 2, to residential zoning
of part sections 100, 106, and 113, being generally located
in Watt Street, Featherston. The amendment has been deposited
at the Council offices and is there open for inspection,
without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time
when that place is open to the public.
Objections to the amendment shall be in writing on form E
prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country
Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office
of the Council at any time not later than 10 December 1966.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspec-
tion, and any person who wishes to oppose or support any
objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objec-
tions if he notifies the Town Clerk, in writing, within a
period of which public notice will be given.

new certificates of title in lieu of original certificates Nos.
22360, 29830, 39714, and 45963 for ordinary stock units, and
certificate No. 3335 for registered convertible notes, issued in
the name of Michael Edward Early, of 21 Newton Road,
Auckland; and the said Michael Edward Early has made
a statutory declaration that the original certificates of title
to the said stock have been lost.
Notice is hereby given that, unless within 30 days from the
date hereof there is made to the company some claims or
representation in respect of the said original certificates, new
certificates will be issued in place thereof.
