In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928

NOTICE is hereby given under the provisions of the Public
Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei County Council pro-
poses under the provisions of the said Act, to take the
piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for road, and
notice is hereby further given that a plan of the piece of land
required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said
Council, situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and is open for
inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office
hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such land who have
any objections to the taking of the said land, not being
