BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the 7th day of November 1966.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 13·8 perches situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part Ngarara West A 54 B2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20249 (S.O. 26214), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of August 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Annie O’Connor under and by virtue of lease No. 10137, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of public recreation, instruction, and amusement, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of November 1966.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1·4 perches situated in Block 1, Tarawera Survey District, City of Rotorua, being Part Lot 12, D.P. 5064 (D.P. 15239), and being part Block IV, Town of Rotorua; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20620 (S.O. 43273) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Waiwera Survey District, Waitemata County, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
