Declaring Land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Vested in
the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—WAIPAWA COUNTY
Block 185, Makaretu Crown Grant District (formerly part
Block 41, Makaretu Crown Grant District) situated in Block
VI, Ruataniwha Survey District: Area, 1 acre 3 roods 35
perches, more or less. All the land in certificate of title,
Volume 19, folio 160, together with the water and pipe-line
rights created by T. 151744 (S.O. 5627).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
27th day of October 1966.

Wellington Education Board as a Site for a Public School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the
Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Lot 1 of Section 46, Block I, Apiti Survey District: Area,
2 acres 3 roods 39·3 perches, more or less. All certificate

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Lot 1, D.P. 6534, being part Section 16, Rangitikei Agricul-
tural Reserve, situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District:

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school
from and after the 7th day of November 1966.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 26 perches situated
in Block VII, Jacobs River Hundred, being part Section 21;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 20308 (S.O. 7443) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of August 1966.
