the piece of land referred to in the notice of intention dated
the 2nd day of November 1965, and published in New Zealand
Gazette of 11 November 1965, at page 2032, being areas of
3·6 perches and 0·5 perches respectively, being parts Rural
Section 2521, shown coloured sepia and orange respectively
on S.O. Plan 10493; being part of the land comprised in
certificate of title, Volume 66, folio 69, 70, and 71 (Canterbury
Land Registry).

WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Staff Housing Loan
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Whangarei County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £15,000 authorised to be raised by Whangarei County
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
erecting houses for Council employees, the said Whangarei
County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·034 pence
in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property
in the whole of the County of Whangarei, and that the
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of September in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."

a resolution passed at the meeting of the Council held on
Friday, 14 October 1966.
