Appointment of Additional Member of Transport Commission

WHEREAS, by Warrant dated the 9th day of July 1965*, the Minister of Transport appointed, pursuant to section 5 of the Transport Act 1962, Judge Kendrick Gee Archer as Chairman, and William Percy Richard Day and James Thomas Gilkinson as members of the Transport Commission, and whereas it is considered desirable that the membership of the Transport Commission should be increased, the Minister of Transport hereby appoints Alan Thomas Gandell, Wellington, Esquire, as a member of the Transport Commission as from the 1st day of November 1966, and hereby declares that at any meeting of the Commission held on or after that date the Chairman, or a member appointed by the Chairman to act in his stead, and two other members shall form a quorum.
