RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wellington City Housing (Bracken Road) Loan 1966 of £5,500
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Wellington City Council held on the 3rd day of October 1966:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of five thousand five hundred pounds (£5,500), to
be known as the Wellington City Housing (Bracken Road)
Loan 1966 of £5,500, authorised to be raised by the Wellington
City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose
of erecting accommodation for old people, the Wellington
City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought
nought two of a penny (.002d.) in the pound on the rateable
value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and
that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable
yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the
currency of the said loan, being a period of forty (40) years,
or until the loan is fully paid off."

WHANGAREI CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes of the City of Whangarei District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme, under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, for the City of Whangarei, were approved
by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on
the 5th day of October 1966.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on
the 17th day of October 1966.
Copies of the Scheme changes as approved have been
deposited in the Council's office, the Whangarei Public
Library, and the Kamo Branch thereof and may be inspected,
without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when
these places are open to the public.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Proposed Changes to the Christchurch
City Council's Operative District Planning Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to a resolution of the
Christchurch City Council made on the 19th day of September
1966, that changes to the Council's district planning
scheme have been recommended for approval under the
Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The changes are
listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes have been deposited in the Council offices
at 194 Manchester Street; the Council offices in Shaw
Avenue, New Brighton; the Land Registry Office in Worcester
Street; the Canterbury Public Library, in Cambridge Terrace;

and the following suburban libraries, namely, Burwood,
Linwood, Mairehau, New Brighton, and North New Brighton,
and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons
interested therein at any time when the above places are
open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes, or any part thereof,
shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule
to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or
to the like effect, marked "Objection to District Scheme
Change", and shall be lodged at the offices of the Council
at any time not later than Friday, 25 November 1966. An
appropriate form for the use of objectors is available from
all those places where the proposed changes are open for
inspection.
At a later date every objection will be open for public
inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose
any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of
objections if he notifies the Town Clerk, in writing, within the
period of which public notice will be given.

McCaughan has made a statutory declaration that the original
certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.
Notice is hereby given, that, unless within 30 days from
the date hereof there is made to the company some claim or
representation in respect of the said original certificate, a new
certificate will be issued in place thereof.
