notice that the final meeting of creditors and of members

October 1966, at 11 a.m., to conduct the following business:
- To receive and, if thought fit, to adopt the final accounts

on the 7th day of October 1966, passed a resolution
for voluntary winding up; and that a meeting of creditors
of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the

of Thermal Heating (New Zealand) Ltd., notice is hereby
given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the
above-named company, on the 8th day of October 1966,
passed a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a
meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will
accordingly be held in Room 2 of the Scottish Hall, Esk
Street, Invercargill, on the 18th day of October 1966, at

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand No. 532/66 Northern District (Auckland Registry)
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Nouvelle Knitwear Ltd., notice is hereby given that a
petition for the winding up of the above-named company by
the Supreme Court was, on the 30th day of September 1966,
presented to the said Court by Prestige (N.Z.) Ltd., a duly-
incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 28th day of
October 1966 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing, in person or by his counsel, for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
under signed to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy, on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

October 1966.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act
1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule
hereto for the purposes of a public work, namely, for
water works purposes, and the easements described in the
Second Schedule hereto.
Every person affected should set forth, in writing, any
objections he may wish to make to the execution of the said
work, or to the taking of the said land or easements, not
being an objection to the amount or the payment of compensation, and should lodge the written objection at the offices
of the Christchurch City Council, Manchester Street, Christ-
church, within 40 days from the 12th day of October 1966,
being the date of the first publication of this notice.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that piece of land, situated in Block XV of the Christ-
church Survey District, containing 1 acre 2 roods 36.7 perches,
or thereabouts, being part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 23690,
part Rural Section 1325, and being also part of the land
described in certificate of title, Register 5A, folio 185 (Canter-
bury Registry).
SECOND SCHEDULE
An easement in gross, being the right in perpetuity to carry
and conduct water, in any quantities, by means of pipes or
conduits, and the right to drain and discharge water, whether
rain, tempest, soakage, or seepage water, in any quantities,
by means of open drains, pipes, or conduits, over, along,
and through part of the said Lot 1, Deposited Plan 23690,
being part of the land described in the said certificate of
title, Register 5A, folio 185 (Canterbury Registry).
The land described in the First and Second Schedules is
situated at Worseleys Road, Christchurch, and is shown on
a survey plan available for inspection at the offices of the
Christchurch City Council during all reasonable hours.

TAUMARUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL
Notice of Intention to Take Land
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amend-
ments, notice is hereby given that the Taumarunui County
Council proposes to execute certain public works, to wit,
the construction of an aerodrome and the construction of
a road, and for the purposes of such work the lands
described in the First Schedule hereto are required for the
construction of an aerodrome and the lands described in
the Second Schedule hereto are required for the construction
of a road.
And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the
land required to be taken are deposited at the public
office of the said Council, situated at Miriama Street, Tau-
marunui, and are open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary business hours.
