The Marlborough Harbour Board Outlying Wharves
Management Vesting Order 1966

1. Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of
   Marine hereby vests in the Marlborough Harbour Board
   (hereinafter called "the Board", which term shall include
   its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a
   different construction) the management of the structures listed
   in the First Schedule to this order, such vesting to be
   subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Second
   Schedule of this order, and provides that the dues and rates
   set forth in the Third Schedule to this order shall be charged
   and taken by the Board for the use of the said wharves.
2. The management-vesting orders listed in the Fourth
   Schedule to this order are hereby revoked.

   SECOND SCHEDULE
   TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3. This order is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall,
   so far as applicable, apply hereto.
4. The term of the vesting shall be 14 years from the 1st
   day of October 1966.
5. The annual sum payable by the Board shall be one
   shilling, payable on demand.
   THIRD SCHEDULE
   DUES
   The owner, agent, or master of every vessel or launch berthing at any of the wharves shall pay to the Board charges
   as follows:
6. For each visit, the sum of 2s. 6d. (25c.).
7. For regular traders, the sum of £4 ($8) per annum in
   respect of each wharf, payable in advance on the 1st day of
   April in each year.
