PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Papatoetoe, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Waimairi Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area Declared

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1955,
the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares that:

1. The area of land described in the Schedule hereto shall
   be a bobby calf marketing pool area, under the name of the
   Waimairi Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

2. This notice shall take effect on the 1st day of October

All that area of land bounded by a line commencing at the
point where the southern boundary of Block 1, Sumner
Survey District, meets the coastline; thence in a westerly
direction along the southern boundaries of Block 1, Sumner
S.D., and Blocks 12, 11, 10, and 9, Christchurch S.D., thence
in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of
Blocks 9 and 5 Christchurch S.D., to the southern bank
of the Waimakariri River; thence following the southern bank
of the Waimakariri River in a general easterly direction to
the coastline; and thence in a southerly direction along the
coastline to the southern boundary of Block 1, Sumner
Survey District, being the original point of commencement.

   area.

Land and Easements over Land Taken for a Mental Hospital
in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi
County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a mental
hospital from and after the 17th day of October 1966;
and also declares that an easement for the purpose of a
mental hospital is hereby taken from and after the 17th day
of October 1966 over the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full
and free right, liberty, licence, and authority, in perpetuity,
to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her
Majesty's invitees, agents, and workmen, from time to time
and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or
without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the land
described in the said Second Schedule, and to maintain,
repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose
of providing access to the land described in the said First
Schedule; and also declares that easements for the purposes
of a mental hospital are hereby taken from and after the
17th day of October 1966 over the land described in
the said Second Schedule for the conveyance of water, sewage
drainage, stormwater and gas, and electric power and telephone
cables, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right,
liberty, licence, and authority, in perpetuity, to lay, construct,
place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain
lines of pipes or cables, as may be required, under, over,
along, and across the land described in the said Second
Schedule for each and all of the above purposes; and that
such easements shall be held appurtenant to the land described
in the said First Schedule.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods 19 perches
situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury
R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 18554, being part Rural

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 22·8 perches situated in
Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
and being part Lot 2, D.P. 18554, being part Rural Section
145; coloured blue on plan.
