Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Tauranga City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on 21 May 1957 to the Vincent County Council to use and occupy part of the foreshore at Makarora, Lake Wanaka, for the purpose of a wharf, as shown on plan M.D. 8211, is revoked.

Revoking Notice Declaring Areas Exempted from Portions of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the notice of 26 January 1965, declaring three areas of water in Lake Te Anau exempt from the provisions of regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962.
