Upon reading the notice of motion of the applicant, dated the 25th day of July 1966, and the affidavit of John Roysmith filed herein, and upon hearing Mr N. G. Hattaway of counsel on behalf of the applicant, this Court doth order that the reduction of capital, resolved by special resolution dated the 12th day of July 1966, in the following terms:

"Resolved by special resolution of the company, this 12th day of July 1966, that the share capital of the company is hereby reduced from 6,000 one pound (£1) ordinary shares to 100 ordinary ten shilling (10s.) shares, of which fifty are held by John Roysmith and fifty by Geoffrey Edwin Rennell Atkinson"

be, and the same is hereby, confirmed; and it is further ordered that the following minute, showing the capital amount of the company, be, and the same is hereby, approved:

"The capital of Paramount Tailors Ltd. is fifty pounds (£50) divided into 100 shares of ten shillings (10s.) each, fully paid, having been reduced from six thousand pounds (£6,000) divided in 6,000 shares of one pound (£1) each, fully paid."

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice of intention to take land for soil conservation and river-control purposes in the Mabel Hundred and Forest Hill Hundred.

Notice is hereby given that the Southland Catchment Board proposes to carry out certain river-control works on the Makarewa River, including the straightening of portions thereof; and that, in pursuance of the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, the said Board proposes to take the several pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for such purposes.

And notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the office of the said Board, Spey Street, Invercargill, and are there open for inspection, without fee; and that all persons affected by the execution of such works or the taking of such lands should, if they have any objections to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within 40 days from the date of this notice (being the date of first publication thereof) to the said Board's office at the above address (postal address: P.O. Box 408, Invercargill).
