Wigs—
Bretonne and similar nets in the piece, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making or repairing wigs
Winches, cranes, hoists—
Parts, as may be approved, for the manufacture of hydraulic tipping hoists for motor vehicles—
Approved—
Dropped forged steel ram bases
Dropped forged steel trunnion bearings
Dropped forged steel crosshead tees
Wooden pegs and cubes, specially made for use in rumbling drums, for polishing articles placed therein
Wool grease, refined (lanoline), imported in bulk in containers of not less than 2 cwt., declared by a manufacturer (a) that it will be used by him only in making veterinary medicines compounded in accordance with approved formulae, and (b) that the veterinary medicines so compounded will not be repacked into packages of a less net weight than ½ lb.
Woollen mills—
Leather of approved qualities, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making picking bands, combing leathers, and gill box leathers, for use on textile machines
Twines of approved qualities, specially suited for use as loom harness cord, or in making healds or heddles for looms
Woolpacks—
Twine, 1-5 ply, of approved qualities, declared for use only in making woolpacks
Xanthate Z200
Zinc stearate
Change-purse frames, metal, hinged, of the bottom-opening channel type, measuring not more than 4⅜ in. between the hinges

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing on or before 20 October 1966. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportions of New Zealand and imported materials used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
