THE GRANITE CREEK SAWMILLING CO. LTD.

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Granite Creek Sawmilling Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District (Auckland Registry), dated the 19th day of August 1966, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £1,575 to £525 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, at Auckland, on the 2nd day of September 1966.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of The Granite Creek Sawmilling Co. Ltd. henceforth is £525 divided into 10,500 shares of one shilling (1s.) each, instead of £1,575 divided into 10,500 shares of three shillings (3s.) each. At the date of registration of this minute the full sum of one shilling (1s.) has been and is deemed to be, paid up on the aforementioned 10,500 shares.”

PUKEKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, notice is hereby given that the Pukekohe Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute certain public works, namely, the establishment of a service lane, pursuant to section 163 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, on that piece of land known as a right of way, situated between the new Pukekohe Post Office and Thorpe Studio, Hall Street, Pukekohe; and, for the purpose of such public work, it is necessary that the land described in the Schedule hereto be taken, under the above-mentioned Act.

Every person affected by the execution of the said public work shall set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and shall send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Pukekohe Borough Council, Wesley Street, Pukekohe.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

A plan showing the said land proposed to be taken has been deposited at the office of the Pukekohe Borough Council, Wesley Street, Pukekohe, and is open to inspection by the public, without fee, during normal office hours.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing nine decimal seven perches (9·7 p.), more or less, being part of Lot 1 on D.P. 9823, and being part of Allotments 112 and 122, Suburban Section 1, Parish of Pukekohe; and being that part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1022, folio 24 (North Auckland Registry), as is shown coloured yellow on the plan endorsed thereon.

WAIROA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Counties Act 1956, notice is hereby given that the Wairoa County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, an aerodrome, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk of the said Council, situated in Queen Street, Wairoa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the works or the taking of the land who have any objections, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the County Chambers.

The land affected is situated at Railway Road, Wairoa, and adjoins the western boundary of the Wairoa Aerodrome.

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, to widen portion of Carlyle Street, in the City of Napier, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken for street; and also, deeming it expedient in connection with the said public work, proposes to take, under the provisions of section 191 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in Tennyson Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of such land, should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, at his office aforesaid; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

All situated in the City of Napier, in the Land Registration District and Land District of Hawke’s Bay; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked 5352 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Marlborough County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the realignment of the Croisilles French Pass Road, and, for the purposes of such public works, to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto, for road; and, further, notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Marlborough County Council, at the Marlborough County Council Chambers, Blenheim, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.
