Declaring Land in Southland Land District, Vested in the Southland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to Be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY

SECTION 1, Block V, Town of Waianiwa: Area, 4 acres and 30 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 200, folio 161 (S.O. Plan 1898).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

Whakateterekia Block, situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Maungataniwha Survey District, and Block XIII, Kaeo Survey District, Hokianga County: Area, 22 acres, more or less (M.L. Plan 405).

As shown on plan No. 5/87 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil above a plane 100 ft below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land, is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of September 1966.
