IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of “Mother Mac” Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 22nd day of August 1966, presented to the said Court by L. D. Nathan and Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at 47–51 Fort Street, Auckland, and carrying on business there

and elsewhere in New Zealand as merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of September 1966, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing, in person or by his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP PIECES OF ROAD

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of a proposal to stop pieces of road in the County of the Bay of Islands, public notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to stop the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said pieces of road so proposed to be stopped is deposited in the public office of the clerk of the said Council, situated in Albert Street, Kawakawa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons, during ordinary office hours, from 29 August 1966 until 8 October 1966.

All persons objecting to the above proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before 8 October 1966.

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Bay of Islands, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
