Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that, at a general meeting held on the 29th day of July 1966, of T. H. Green and Co. Ltd., the following special resolution was passed, viz:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to the powers contained in section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955 in that behalf."

At the same meeting Reginald William Crombie, of Dunedin, company director, was appointed liquidator of the said company.

"That, pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily."

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Waimea Bakery Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given that the under signed, the liquidator of Waimea Bakery Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 12th day of September 1966, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Take notice that the Waipukurau County Council, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, hereby gives notice of its proposal to take for road the land referred to in the First Schedule hereto, and to close the portions of the existing road referred to in the Second Schedule hereto, all of such land being part of the Mangatarata Road, near Waipukurau. The plans of the land to be taken for road, and of the portions of road to be closed, by the Council may be inspected at the offices of the Waipukurau County Council, in Northumberland Street, Waipukurau. All persons wishing to object to the proposal must set forth in writing any objection they may wish to make to the taking of the land or the closing of the road, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send such written objection to the Waipukurau County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, on or before the 5th day of October 1966.
