PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Railways hereby declares the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes on and
after the 29th day of August 1966, subject as to Section
1240, Town of Picton, to building lines, 33 ft from the centre
lines of Milton Terrace and Sussex Street, imposed under
section 60A of the Land Act 1948 by Document 47452, and
subject as to Sections 1236, 1237, 1238, and 1239, Town
of Picton, to a building line 33 ft from the centre line of
Milton Terrace, imposed under section 60A of the Land Act
1948 by Document 47452.

in a ballot pursuant to the above Act, covering persons born
in the four-monthly period which commenced on 1 March
1946 and ended on 30 June 1946, the following dates of birth
were drawn:

5, 10, 11, 17, 20, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30 May.
