point 10 chains west of Paraonui Road where the production
of the boundary between part Lot 4 and part Lot 6, D.P.
23866, intersects the said right bank; to the north by the
said produced line and the said boundary to and across the
Putaruru-Kinleith Railway line; to the east by the eastern
boundary of the said railway line to the centre line of the
Whakauru Stream; to the north by the centre line of the
said stream to its intersection with the western boundary of
the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff); to the east by
the western boundary of the said State highway; to the
south by the southern boundaries of D.P. 33685 and Lot
18, D.P. 23865; to the west by the eastern boundary of
Lot 17, D.P. 23865, and of Lot 5, D.P. 32554, and that
boundary produced to intersect the northern side of the

Closely Populated Locality Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

The Warrant, under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 19th day of February 1960†, which relates to Pukerua Bay, in Hutt County, is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Road Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
-
The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 9th day of March 1966†, which relates to the No. 25 State Highway (Pipiroa-Waihi via Coromandel) in Thames Borough is hereby revoked;

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
