Warrant Appointing a Government Member and His Deputy on the Waikato Valley Authority and Revoking Earlier Appointment
WHEREAS, by a Warrant dated the 10th day of August 1964, and published in Gazette, 20 August 1964, No. 50, page 1327, Norman Colin McLeod, B.E., then District Commissioner of Works, Ministry of Works, Hamilton, was appointed to be a member of the Waikato Valley Authority representing the Ministry of Works;
And whereas the said Norman Colin McLeod has now been transferred from Hamilton to Wellington and it is considered expedient to appoint another member to the Waikato Valley Authority in lieu of the said Norman Colin McLeod;
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956, the Minister of Works hereby cancels the appointment of the said Norman Colin McLeod as member of the Waikato Valley Authority and hereby appoints
