Declaring Land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Vested in
the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or ease-
ments affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—DANNEVIRKE COUNTY

PART Mangatoro 1A 3H Block, and part Lot 11, D.P. 3641,
being part Mangatoro 1A 3H Block; situated in Block V,
Mangatoro Survey District: Area, 3 acres 3 roods 37 perches,
more or less. All certificates of title, Volume H.B. 19, folio
192, and Volume H.B. 99, folio 197 (S.O. 3721).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
17th day of August 1966.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

WAIPouA 2B 3A 1B, situated in Block VI, Waipoua Survey
District, Hobson County: Area, 30 acres 1 rood 10 perches,
more or less. As shown on plan No. 7/54 deposited in the
Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red (M.L. Plan 13183).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of August 1966.

Turangi Township in Blocks X and XI, Puketi Survey
District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964
and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard
Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the
establishment and development of the Turangi Township.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·1 perches situated in
Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part
Waipapa 1B 2D 7; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 20597 (S.O. 26492) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured orange.
