Hokiangs Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hokianga Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Rangihamama Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:
And whereas by reason of a subsequent order of the Maori Land Court the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto and it is considered necessary to have the notice described in the First Schedule hereto revoked:
Now therefore pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Rangihamama Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The Standards Act 1941—Amendment of Standard Specification

PURSUANT to the Standards Act 1941 and the regulations made thereunder, the Minister of Industries and Commerce, on 31 January 1966, amended the under-mentioned standard specification by the incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:

Number and Title of Specification: NZSS 356:1942 Portable chemical fire-extinguishers of the carbon-tetrachloride type (1 quart).

Amendment: No. 2.

Application for copies of the standard specification so amended should be made to the N.Z. Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C. 1, or to the Government Bookshops at Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin.

Copies of the amendment will be supplied, free of charge, upon request.
