  1. To receive and, if thought fit, to adopt the final accounts of the liquidator, prepared pursuant to section 291 (1) of the Companies Act.

  2. To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, how the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator are to be disposed of.

Note is also given that the final meeting of the shareholders of the above company will be held at the office of Mitchell, Price, and Stowell, on Friday, 2 September 1966, at 2.30 p.m., to conduct the following business:

AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE AUTHORITY

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Harbour Bridge Act 1950 and their amendments, notice is hereby given that the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the formation and construction of the Auckland Harbour Bridge and its approaches and additions thereto, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Land Transfer Office, Auckland, in Volume 46, folio 88, and it is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of such land, who have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the said land, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the General Manager, Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority, Northcote, Auckland N, 4.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing twenty acres one rood (20a. 1r.) more or less, being Allotment 19, Parish of Takapuna, as shown on Deposited Plan 460, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 46, folio 88, Auckland Registry; subject to the building-line restriction created by Order in Council 13075, and known as Kowhai Park, Northcote.
