A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Auckland-Westfield Deviation).

Being
0 1 16·1 Part Crown Grant Street.
Situated in Mount Wellington Borough (S.O. 45009).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20839, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, and thereon coloured green, edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of August 1966.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Further Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1925, and published in Gazette, 13 August 1925, Volume II, at page 2409, and registered as No. 1544, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier railway (lower Hutt Valley duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28·71 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 19437. All certificate of title, Volume 934, folio 34, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Mangaonoho Substation).

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 2 perches situated in Blocks III and IV, Ongo Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 25738, being part Hapopo Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20412 (S.O. 26493) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares that piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 0·5 perches situated in Block XIII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining or passing through Reserve 4944, and Lot 1, D.P. 9197, being part Rural Section 1983; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20598 (S.O. 10694) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured green.
