Lyttelton Christchurch .. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and nuts (ex-ship) grown and packed in New Zealand (including Cook Islands or Niue) 19s. per ton, including sorting at Christchurch. Small lots as per section 85, para. 1, General Scale of Charges.
Firestone Tire and Rubber Co.’s private siding at Papanui Classes C and D, direct ex-ship (not requiring to be sorted at Christchurch). Owner’s risk £1 0s. per ton. Charges to be computed on measurement at 40 cu. ft. per ton, or on actual weight, which ever is greater.
Dunedin .. Imported fruit or vegetables in crates, cases, or sacks £6 15s. per ton, including sorting at Christchurch. Minimum quantity, 10 tons per consignment.
Lyttelton Invercargill .. Imported fruit or vegetables in crates, cases, or sacks £8 3s. per ton, including sorting at Christchurch. Minimum quantity, 5 tons per consignment.
Makareao Burnside .. Limestone .. 18s. 1d. per ton.
Port Chalmers Dunedin .. Classes C, D, E, E plus 25 per cent, E plus 50 per cent, and G, ex-ship. Owner’s risk £1 6s. 6d. per ton, including handling at ship’s side. The charges for goods of classes C, D, and G will be computed in accordance with section 127, General Scale of Charges.
