(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Shuttleworth’s Cycles Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 2nd day of September 1966 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Fitzroy Service Station Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by duly-signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, dated 3 August 1966, the following special resolutions were passed by the company namely:

“1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Hoani Haereroa Parata, public accountant, Dunedin, be, and is hereby appointed, liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”

Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd day of August 1966, presented to the said Court by Charles Barclay Innes and Margaret Innes, both of Auckland, medical practitioners; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 26th day of August 1966 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

PAPATOETOE CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, notice is hereby given that the Papatoetoe City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to execute certain public works, namely, the provision of a parking place, pursuant to section 177 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, on land situated at Wallace Road, Papatoetoe, and for the purpose of such public work it is necessary that the land described in the Schedule hereto be taken under the above-mentioned Act.

Every person affected by the execution of the said public work shall set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and shall send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Papatoetoe City Council, Saint George Street, Papatoetoe.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

(a) All that piece of land situated in the city of Papatoetoe containing 1 rood 12·1 perches, more or less, being part Lot 30, on Deposited Plan 7551, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 446, folio 112, North Auckland Registry; situated at, and known as, No. 31 Wallace Road, Papatoetoe.

(b) All that piece of land situated in the city of Papatoetoe, containing 2 roods 23·2 perches, more or less, being all the land on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 12361, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 284, folio 49, North Auckland Registry; situated at, and known as, No. 25 Wallace Road, Papatoetoe.
