Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the members of the above-named companies has been summoned for the purpose of passing a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the Board Room, Chamber of Commerce Buildings, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on Friday, the 12th day of August 1966, at 3 p.m.

Business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass, with or without modification, the following resolution in respect of both companies:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it be wound up.”

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments and of the Counties Act 1956 and amendments, notice is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely the construction and formation of a site for public offices, passing through or adjoining the property of Mr K. A. Bentley, being the parcel of land referred to in the Schedule hereunder, and situated on the south-western side of Bentley Avenue, in Glenfield Riding of the county of Waitemata, and for the purposes of such work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
