- For the purpose of assessing the rental or annual sum payable in respect of this licence the maximum generating capacity of the plant is 72 kW.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 61 of the Health Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Waitawheta Stream Pollution Control Order 1966.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
All those portions of the Waitawheta Stream and its tributaries which are within the area described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be under the control of the Paeroa Borough Council for the purpose of preventing the pollution thereof.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Ohinemuri, Piako, and Tauranga Counties and being that portion of the watershed of the Waitawheta Stream and its tributaries above the existing intake of the supply of water to the Borough of Paeroa, as shown on description with plan edged red and marked 125/312, held in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington.
