His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waimairi County Council stopping the portions of the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

ALL those pieces of road situated in the Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 16 Adjoining part Lot 20, D.P. 470, being part Section 5, Left Bank Wanganui River, Block V; coloured green on plan.
0 2 19·4 Adjoining part Waitahanui Block No. 7, and Section 19, Left Bank Wanganui River, Block VI; coloured green on plan.
0 0 23·3 Being part Section 19, Left Bank Wanganui River, Block VI, being road by declaration No. 657270; coloured orange, edged orange on plan.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of New Zealand generally.

PURSUANT to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Orders in Council set out in the First Schedule hereto and affecting the land set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Takapuna City Council to reclaim from the Wairau Estuary that area, being an area of 4 acres 1 rood 15 perches, as shown coloured blue on plan M.D. 12307 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being part of the land described in the Takapuna Borough Foreshore Vesting Act 1914.
