A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was acquired for the purposes of a public hall and vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata by memorandum of transfer, registered in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as S. 275406:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by S. 44412, South Auckland Land Registry, as from the 8th day of August 1966 for public offices.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 15·3 perches situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 9670, and being part of Tokoroa No. 1 Block. Part certificate of title, No. 2d/927, South Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Dennis Russell Jones, of Upper Papamoa, farmer, and Patricia Jean Jones, his wife, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 2912, R.B. Volume 1401, folio 96, South Auckland Land Registry and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wallace Robert Fegan, of Tauranga, farmer, and Patricia Anne Fegan, his wife, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 657, R.B. Volume 87, folio 43, South Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of August 1966.
