A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was acquired for the purposes of a public hall and vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata by memorandum of transfer, registered in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as S. 275406:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by S. 44412, South Auckland Land Registry, as from the 8th day of August 1966 for public offices.

Volume 1401, folio 96, South Auckland Land Registry and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wallace Robert Fegan, of Tauranga, farmer, and Patricia Anne Fegan, his wife, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 657, R.B.
