SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE WAIPORI RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Counties of Maniototo, Taieri, Tuapeka, and Bruce, containing 192,860 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the centre of the road bridge across the Clutha River at Beaumont and proceeding generally northerly up the middle of the Clutha River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Run 658; then generally north-easterly to and up the middle of the burn to the south-eastern boundary of Run 658; then generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 658 to the middle of McKays Creek, St. Abbs Survey District; then generally north-easterly down the middle of that creek and its production to the middle of the Taieri River; then generally southerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Run 526, Hedgehope Survey District; then generally south-easterly to and along the north-eastern boundary of that run and its production to the middle of Deep Stream; then generally south-easterly down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Run 659; then generally south-easterly to and along the north-eastern boundary of that run to the southernmost corner of Run 661, Hedgehope Survey District; then generally north-easterly and northerly along the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of that run to the north-western corner of Run 186; then generally easterly along the northern boundary of Run 186 aforesaid to the north-western corner of Block II, Waipori Survey District; then easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of that block and the eastern boundary of Block V, Waipori Survey District, and the production of that last-mentioned boundary to the southern side of the Verter Burn arm of Lake Mahinerangi; then generally westerly along the southern shore of Lake Mahinerangi to the middle of the Mahinerangi Dam; then generally southerly down the middle of the Waipori River to the northern boundary of Block X, Waipori Survey District; then westerly and southerly along the northern and western boundaries of that Block X to the northern boundary of Block X, Table Hill Survey District; then easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of Block X aforesaid to an unnamed road at the south-eastern corner of Section 1, Block X, aforesaid; then north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and north-western sides of that road to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block X, aforesaid; then along a right line bearing 271° 34′ to the middle of the Tokomairiro River, East Branch; then generally south-easterly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 37, Block VI, Table Hill Survey District; then south-easterly to and along the south-eastern side of the Fishers Creek Road and Fletts Bridge Road and north-westerly along the south-western side of an unnamed road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 26, Block V, Table Hill Survey District, to the northernmost corner of the said Section 26: then south-westerly along the south-eastern side of the said unnamed road to the middle of the Tokomairiro River, West Branch; then generally south-westerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of Shepherds Gully Stream; then generally north-westerly to and up the middle of that stream to the northern side of Nugget Creek Road; then generally easterly along the northern side of that road to the easternmost corner of Section 91, Block IV, Table Hill Survey District; then generally north-westerly along the south-western side of an unnamed road forming the eastern boundaries of the said Section 91 and Section 72, Block IV, and Section 29, Block VII, Table Hill Survey District, and the production of that south-western side of that road to the south-eastern boundary of Section 28, Block VII, aforesaid; then north-easterly and generally north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of that section to a peg bearing 243° 32′ 30″, distant 132·5 links from peg 27 as shown on S.O. plan 1636; then northerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 25, Block VII, aforesaid; then generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that section to the southern boundary of the Waitahuna Commonage being Section 4, Block XI, Table Hill Survey District; then easterly, northerly, and north-westerly along the southern, eastern, and north-eastern boundaries of that commonage and the production of that last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Waitahuna River; then generally southerly and north-westerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of German Creek; then generally north-westerly to and up the middle of German Creek to a point in line with the middle of that creek’s northern branch adjacent to the northern boundary of Section 96, Block V, Tuapeka East Survey District; then generally north-westerly to and up the northern branch of German Creek to the southern boundary of Section 34, Block V, aforesaid; then westerly along that boundary to and generally northerly along the eastern side of an unnamed road through that Section 34, to peg 8 as shown on S.O. plan 7929; then generally northerly along the eastern side of Matheson Road and the production of the eastern side of that road to the northern side of the Lawrence Waipori Road; then generally westerly along the northern side of that road to the southernmost corner of part Section 33, Block X, Tuapeka East Survey District; then generally north-westerly, north-easterly, and easterly along the south-western, north-western, and northern boundaries of the said part Section 33 to the south-western corner of Section 44, Block X, aforesaid; then generally northerly along the western boundary of that section to the south-eastern boundary of Section 92, Block X, aforesaid; then along a right line bearing 14° 59′, distance 360 links approximately, to and north-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Crown Land adjoining Part Section 51, Block X, Tuapeka East Survey District; then generally south-westerly and northerly along the south-eastern and western boundaries of the said part Section 51 to the southern boundary of Block XIII, Tuapeka East Survey District; then generally westerly and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of that block to the north-western corner of Section 11, Block XIII, aforesaid; then westerly along the northern boundaries of Sections 53 and 52 Block XVIII, Tuapeka East Survey District, to the north-western corner of Section 52 aforesaid; then north-westerly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 39, Block XVIII, aforesaid; then northerly along the eastern boundary of Section 39 aforesaid, and generally south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of that section and Section 56 to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 37, Block XVIII, aforesaid; then westerly to and along the northern boundary of that section and the production of that boundary to the middle of the Tuapeka River; then down the middle of that river to the middle of No. 8 State Highway (Timaru-Milton); then generally north-westerly along the middle of that highway to the point of commencement.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Bruce Rabbit District Order 1966.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Bruce Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 24th day of September 1952* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.

BOUNDARIES OF THE BRUCE RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, County of Bruce and Borough of Milton, containing 143,810 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Block XXII, Waihola Survey District, and proceeding generally north-easterly and south-easterly down the middle of the Waipori and Taieri Rivers to the sea coast; then generally south-westerly along the sea coast to the mouth of the Tokomairiro River; then generally north-westerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western side of Sallys Gully Road; then south-westerly to and along the north-western side of that road to and generally north-westerly along the north-eastern side of Toko Mouth Road to the south-eastern boundary of Section 1 of 6, Block I, Kaitangata Survey District; then to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 1 of 6 and 2 of 6, Block I, aforesaid to the southernmost corner of the said Section 2 of 6; then north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Section 8, Block I, aforesaid to the westernmost corner of that section; then north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Section 7, Block I, aforesaid, and its production to the south-eastern boundary of Section 3s, Tokoiti Settlement; then generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that section and its production to the north-eastern boundary of Section 29, Block III, Kaitangata Survey District; then generally north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of that section and Section 28, Block III, aforesaid, and north-western boundaries of Sections 28 and 1, Block III, aforesaid to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 38, Block II, Kaitangata
