Notice to Creditors
The liquidator of Sailplane Services Ltd. (in voluntary
liquidation) doth hereby fix the 29th day of July 1966 as the
day on or before which the creditors of the company are to
prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they
may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting
to such distribution.

ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand No. M. 328/66
Northern District
(Auckland Registry)
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Snow Construction Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that
a petition for the winding up of the above-named company
by the Supreme Court was, on the 1st day of July 1966,
presented to the said Court by Charles Mountain Ltd., a
duly incorporated company carrying on business at 14 Eden
Street, Newmarket, Auckland; and that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on the 29th day of July 1966 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or
contributory of the said company desirous to support or
oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for
that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the
said company requiring a copy, on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

ADVERTISMENT OF PETITION
In the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act
1908 and in the matter of the Credit Union of Canterbury
Society Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the
winding up of the above-named society by the Magistrate's
Court was, on the 13th day of July 1966, presented to the
aid Court by the Credit Union of Canterbury Society Ltd.,

RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of
the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Rodney County Council proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the provision of a road, being portion of Sandspit
Road, within the County of Rodney, and for the purposes of
such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are
required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Clerk to the said Council, situated in Baxter Street, Warkworth
and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during
ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by, and who have well-grounded objections to, the execution of the said public work or the taking
of such lands must state their objections in writing and send
the same within 40 days from the 9th day of July 1966, being
the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the
County Office, Baxter Street, Warkworth.
