Change No. 2, Code Amendment—
Ordinance 9: Setting out uses for Industrial B2 zones.
Change Nos. 2 and 3, Map Amendments—
Old Great South Road, Drury, Lots 10, 11, 12, Deeds Plan Whau 72 of allotment 32, Residential A to be zoned Industrial “B1”.
The lands described below lie within that area at Drury bounded by the North Island Main Trunk railway in the south and the Hingaia Stream and Ngakorua Stream to the east, north, and west:
Creek Street: Rural A to be zoned Industrial B2. Part Creek Street and side streets: Road to be closed and zoned Industrial B2.
Short Street: Cancellation of proposed public open space and zoned Industrial B2.
Part Runciman Street: Road to be closed and zoned Residential A.
Part Gray Street: Road to be closed and zoned Residential A.
Part Albert Street: Road to be closed and zoned Industrial B1.
Part Cameron Street: Road to be closed and zoned Industrial B1.
Part Pitt Street: Road to be closed and zoned Industrial B1.
Part Mercer Street: Road to be closed and zoned Industrial B1.
Great South Road: Lot Part 269, previously shown as road, to be zoned Industrial B1.
Land west of motorway: Residual of land zoned for proposed public open space to have shown underlying zoning of Rural “A”.
Intersection of motorway and Great South Road: Land to be shown for future limited-traffic road.
Part Runciman Street: Road shown as Industrial B1 to be shown as road.
Change No. 4, Code Amendment—
Ordinance 10: Changing the subdivisional standards within industrial zones.
There will be consequential amendments to the scheme statement in respect of the above map amendments.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to the City of Auckland District Scheme Approved.
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the City of Auckland, were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 29 June 1966.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on 6 July 1966, by which date certified correct copies of the scheme changes, as approved, will be deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
SCHEDULE OF CHANGES
Code Amendment:
No. 25—Ordinance 10: Land subdivision standards applicable to Market Zone.
Map Amendment:
No. 150—New North Road vicinity City/Mount Albert boundary. Access strip designated public open space to be zoned Residential B.
No. 151—Stoneyroyd Gardens, Remuera. Land (approx. 22 lots) zoned Residential B to be rezoned Residential A.
No. 152 to No. 155 inclusive—Changes consequent on the exchange of land and redefinition of the boundary between the city and the Borough of Mount Roskill (N.Z. Gazette, 1965, p. 2227). Land affected to be zoned Residential B.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Inviting Proposals for Buller County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Buller County Council, at its meeting held on the 26th day of January 1966, resolved to prepare for the Buller County a district scheme, as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person concerned, and every local authority in the district as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals (including public works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in preparation of the scheme.
Proposals, marked “Buller County District Scheme”, should be addressed to the Buller County Clerk and delivered at the Buller County Clerk’s office on or before the 31st day of October 1966.

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
