Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTIONS 1 and 2, Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District, Otorohanga County: Area, 4 acres and 37 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 35/22 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. plan 14358).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of June 1966.

PART Section 128, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, being formerly Crown land (closed road) adjoining part Section 41, Square 3, part of Part 1, of Section 53, Square 3, and part Section 13, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 18 perches, more or less. Also part Section 128, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, being formerly Crown land (closed road) adjoining parts of Section 3, Block VII, Motueka Survey District, and parts of Section 27, Block XI, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 3 roods 35 perches, more or less.
As the same are shown on plan numbered 102/60 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Proclaiming Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Defence Purposes in Blocks X and XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes from and after the 11th day of July 1966 and also proclaim that easements are hereby taken for defence purposes, first, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain lines of sewer pipes and water pipes under, along, and across the said land and to use the said lines of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage and water to the sewage treatment plant described in the First Schedule hereto, and secondly, over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of effluent pipes under, along, and across the said land and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of effluent from the said sewage treatment plant, such easements to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto from and after the 11th day of July 1966.

Thomas Wilfred Perry, c.m.g., of Christchurch,
as a director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years from the 23rd day of August 1966.
