State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation published in the Gazette on the 2nd day of December 1965, at page 2113, and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as No. 655586, be and the same is hereby revoked to the extent of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and in substitution therefor the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

0 0 36·02 Lot 639, D.P. 10893, part subdivisions 4 and 5, on plan of subdivision Koangaaumu Block, situate in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, and being part C.T. 856/50.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTION 92, Block XII, Aroha Survey District, Piako County: Area, 83 acres 3 roods 37 perches, more or less (S.O. 42567). As shown on Plan No. 26/75 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
