WAITOTARA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Mowhanau Water Supply Loan 1965, £2,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Waitotara County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of £2,000, authorised to be raised by the Waitotara
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of providing a water supply within the Mowhanau
Township, the Council do make and levy a special rate of
twenty-two thirty-seconds (22/32nds.) of a penny in the pound
upon the rateable (capital) value of all rateable property
in the Mowhanau Township water supply area, comprising
the area defined by way of special order as the Mowhanau
water supply area, being situated in Block IV, Nukumaru
Survey District, and more fully delineated on Plan number
B. 578, deposited in the office of the Waitotara County
Council; further, that the special rate be an annual-recurring
rate payable yearly on the 10th day of August in each and
every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period
of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully repaid.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of resolution passed at the council meeting held on Thursday,
9 June 1966.

BOROUGH OF FOXTON
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to section 47 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans
Act 1956, the Foxton Borough Council doth hereby resolve:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £72,900 authorised to be raised by the Foxton
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of a water-treatment plant and mains-extension loan,
hereby makes a special rate of 3·6848 pence in the pound
on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the
Borough of Foxton, and that such special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan
and be payable half-yearly on the 15th day of June and
December in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is
fully paid off.”

GORE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Civic Administration Building Loan 1963, £44,000
THE Gore Borough Council, at its meeting held on 20 June
1966, passed the following resolution in respect of the above
loan:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £44,000 authorised to be raised by the Gore
Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act,
the said Gore Borough Council hereby makes a special rate
of decimal three six four four pence (·3644d.) in the
pound (£1) upon the rateable unimproved value of all
rateable property of the Borough of Gore; and the said
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable on the 1st day of March
and the 1st day of October in each and every year during
the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years.”

WARATAH PIGGERIES LTD.
NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS
NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of Waratah Piggeries
Ltd. will be held on Thursday, the 30th day of June 1966, at
which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be pro-
posed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company
will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies
Act 1955, at 30 Teasdale Street, Te Awamutu, on Thursday,
the 30th day of June 1966, at 2 p.m., at which meeting
a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs,
together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount
of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at
which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285
of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator
of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the
said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

BOROUGH OF WAIUKU
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Change No. 16 to Waiuku District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that change No. 16 to the
district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act
1953, for the Borough of Waiuku, was approved by the
Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 13 June
1966, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating
to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been
amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed
and all amendments of the district scheme required by the
board had been incorporated. The Council also resolved that
the change shall come into operation on 15 July 1966. Copies
of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the
Council’s office and at the Public Library and may be
inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any
time when these places are open to the public.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Inviting Proposals for Buller County District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Buller County Council,
at its meeting held on the 26th day of January 1966, resolved
to prepare for the Buller County a district scheme, as
required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1953.
Every person concerned, and every local authority in the
district as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited to
submit full information as to the proposals (including public
works) which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in
preparation of the scheme.
Proposals, marked “Buller County District Scheme”, should
be addressed to the Buller County Clerk and delivered at the
Buller County Clerk’s office on or before the 31st day of
October 1966.
