(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Tasman Publications Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 29th day of July 1966, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Consequent upon reorganisation English Sewing Cotton Co. Ltd. has been amalgamated with a new company known as English Sewing Ltd.

The business of English Sewing Cotton Co. Ltd. will be continued by its successor English Sewing Ltd. at its previous place of business in New Zealand.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Rototuna Nurseries Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 7th day of June 1966, presented to the said Court by Hayley Frank Preece and Desmond Hayley Preece, both of Hamilton, builders, carrying on business under the name and style of H. F. Preece and Son; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 29th day of July 1966 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Clarke Holdings Ltd., notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 20th day of June 1966, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from fifty-four thousand pounds (£54,000) to twenty-seven thousand pounds (£27,000) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of June 1966. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of Clarke Holdings Ltd. is £27,000 divided into 54,000 fully-paid ordinary shares of 10s. each, having been reduced from £54,000, divided into 54,000 ordinary shares of £1 each, fully paid.”
