Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.


SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
PART Section 12, Block V, and part Sections 5, 10, and 11, Block VI, Otumahana Survey District, Buller County: Area, 770 acres, more or less, as shown on plan numbered 99/19 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 9252).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of June 1966.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8,260 acres situated in Blocks II and IV, Ahuriri Survey District, and in Hawkdun Survey District and being part Run 322A and being all the land in Proclamation No. 5777.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of June 1966.

SECTION 34, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County: Area 27 acres and 27 perches, more or less. S.O. Plan 8544.

As shown on plan No. 103/53 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of June 1966.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District, Waiapu County, to be Road

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an Order dated the 27th day of May 1964, to be road.


SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of roadway in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 roods 37·9 perches, situated in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Whakarua Park; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20367 (M.L. 5644) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of May 1966.
