HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 20·2 perches situated in Block X, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through part Sections 5, 10, and 214, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18664 (S.O. 9559) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waitemata County Council to reclaim from Whau River that area, being an area of 1 acre, as shown edged red on plan M.D. 12318 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being land vested in Auckland Harbour Board.

Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors Order 1966

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors Order 1966.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1966. - The Board of Governors of Tauranga Boys College, Tauranga Girls College, Otumoetai College, and of any other secondary school for the time being placed under the control of that Board shall be known as the Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors and shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board:
(b) Eight members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the schools, of which members at least two shall be men and at least two shall be women:
(c) One member appointed by the Tauranga City Council. - The Tauranga College Board of Governors Order 1953* is hereby revoked.
