Allocating Land taken for Railway Purposes in Block III, Waipahi Survey District, Clutha County, to the Purposes of a Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the road shall be under the control of the Clutha County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public roads are controlled and maintained by the said Council.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 38·4 perches situated in Block III, Waipahi Survey District, being railway land and being part Sections 4, 5, and 62; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20305 (S.O. 12866) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of May 1966.

Portions of Land Held for Improvement of Insanitary Portions of the Borough of Blenheim Set Apart for a Service Lane and for Street and for a Fire Station

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto was taken for the improvement of insanitary portions of the Borough of Blenheim and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Blenheim by a Proclamation dated the 16th day of June 1905 and published in Gazette, 22 June 1905, Volume I, at page 1503:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that, as from the 20th day of June 1966, the land described in the said First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a service lane and that the land described in the said Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for street and that the land described in the said Third Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a fire station.


FIRST SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

0 0 17·33 Lot 2, D.P. 3028.
0 0 2·55 Lot 4, D.P. 3027.

All being parts certificate of title, Volume 10, folio 281, Marlborough Land Registry.


SECOND SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32·7 perches situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., and being Lot 5, D.P. 3028. Part certificate of title, Volume 10, folio 281, Marlborough Land Registry.


THIRD SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3·4 perches situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., and being Lot 7, D.P. 3028. Part certificate of title, Volume 10, folio 281, Marlborough Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of May 1966.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 8th day of June 1966

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.


ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the North Auckland Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1958, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the North Auckland Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1958* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. The principal order is hereby amended by deleting the First Schedule thereto and substituting the following:

“FIRST SCHEDULE

“ELECTRIC LINES AND WORKS

“(1) Electric lines and electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electrical energy within the North Auckland Electric Power District as defined in the following Proclamations;”
