PATANGATA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
TAKE notice that the Patangata County Council, pursuant to
the Public Works Act 1928, hereby gives notice of its
proposal to take for road the land referred to in the
First Schedule hereto, to take for severances the land
referred to in the Second Schedule hereto, and to close
the portions of the existing road referred to in the Third
Schedule hereto, all of such land being part of the Waipawa-
Pourerere Road. The plans of the land to be taken for
road, for severances, and of the portions of road to be
closed by the Council may be inspected at the offices of the
Patangata County Council in Northumberland Street, Wai-
pukurau. All persons wishing to object to the proposal
must set forth in writing any objection they may wish
to make to the taking of the land or the closing of the
road, not being an objection to the amount of compensation,
and send such written objection to the Patangata County
Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, on or before
the 21st day of July 1966.
