LEGAL AND GENERAL ASSURANCE SOCIETY LTD.

In the matter of the Insurance Companies' Deposits Act 1953,
the Legal and General Assurance Society Ltd. (incorporated

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei City Council pro-
poses, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to
execute certain public work, namely, the construction of a water
supply reservoir on land situated in the City of Whangarei, and
for the purpose of such public work the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and in connec-
tion with the proposed construction of a water supply reservoir

sary that an easement be taken for water supply purposes
