The change has been deposited in the office of the Mount Roskill Borough Council, Three Kings; and is there open for inspection without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.
Objections to the proposed change or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the offices of the Council at any time not later than 11 July 1966. (A suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the Council offices.)
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Public Notification of Proposed Changes in the Mount Roskill Borough Council District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Roskill Borough Council made on the 3rd day of May 1966, changes to the district scheme have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The changes are listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes have been deposited in the office of the Mount Roskill Borough Council, Three Kings, and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.

Review of Henderson District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that by resolution of the Henderson Borough Council, made on the 17th day of May 1966, pursuant to its powers under regulation 18 (7) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, the closing date for lodging objections thereto previously publicly notified as the 14th day of February 1966 and subsequently notified as extended to the 14th day of March 1966, has been further extended to the 13th day of June 1966.

WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Departure From Operative District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by Order No. 235/65, dated the 10th day of May 1966, gave consent to a specified departure from the provisions of the City of Wanganui District Scheme by permitting the applicants Fleming, Dick, and Hird Ltd., to use that piece of land containing 1 rood 23·39 perches, more or less, being part Section 287 and 288 Town of Wanganui, situated at the corner of Ingestre Street and Indus Street in the City of Wanganui, for the purposes of a funeral parlour containing viewing rooms, preparation rooms, offices, and ancillary facilities. At the time the application was made the land, the subject of this application, was zoned Residential A but this zoning has now been changed to Industrial B.
The above consent has been made subject to the following conditions:

That the premises shall be completed strictly in accordance with the plans submitted to the board including screens and walls as may be required by the Wanganui City Council, such walls and screens to be provided at the expense of the applicant.

Save with the approval of the Wanganui City Council the existing trees and shrubs on the property shall not be removed or disturbed except for normal and necessary pruning.

That the present consent is limited strictly to the use of the buildings shown on the plans submitted and no extension or enlargement thereof is permitted without further application to the board.

That the premises shall not be used for funerals on race days, Saturday afternoons, or Sundays.

That any entrance on the Ingestre Street frontage shall be used only for ingress.

Save with the approval of the Wanganui City Council no advertising sign shall be erected on the Ingestre Street frontage.

Leave reserved to all parties “to apply”.

LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to Levin Borough District Scheme
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned change to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for that portion of the Horowhenua County, which became part of the Levin Borough on 10 July 1963, was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 26th day of April 1966.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned change to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of June 1966. Copies of the scheme change as approved have been deposited in the Council's office and in the Public Library and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so desires at any time when these places are open to the public.
SCHEDULE
No. 1—Land in Tiro Tiro Road—zoned residential to be shown on the District Planning Map as “proposed Intermediate School” pursuant to a requirement of the Minister of Works.
