IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Otorohanga Co-Operative Rural Intermediate Credit Association Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), the above-named association by memorandum duly signed, passed the following special resolution on the 17th day of December 1965, namely:
“Resolved this 17th day of December 1965, as a special resolution by memorandum, signed for the purpose of becoming an entry in the minute book of the association, that the association be wound up voluntarily and that Edward Louis Pocock, of Otorohanga, retired solicitor, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the association”.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Skyline Drive-Ins (N.Z.) Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at 246 Queen Street, Auckland, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 20th day of December 1965, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £200,000 to £100 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 22nd day of December 1965. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Skyline Drive-Ins (N.Z.) Ltd. is one hundred pounds (£100) divided into one hundred (100) ordinary shares of £1 each having been reduced from two hundred thousand pounds (£200,000) divided into two hundred thousand (200,000) shares of £1 each, all of which capital is wholly uncalled.”
