Bay County, bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the eastern side of Redclyffe Bridge at its intersection
with the middle of the Tutaekuri River, in Block VII,
Heretaunga Survey District, and proceeding up the middle
of that river to its intersection with the eastern boundary
of Lot 2, D.P. 3283, in Block VI, Kuripapango Survey
District; then north-westerly along a right line to Trig.
Station 65A, in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District; then
westerly along a right line between that Trig. and Trig.
Station 26 (Tauwhaketewhango) in Block XII, Mangamaire
Survey District, to and up the middle of the Ngaruroro
River to a point in line with the north-western boundary
of Tapapa 1 and 2 Block; then north-easterly to and along
that boundary and its production to and down the middle
of the Oamaru Stream to a point in line with the south-western
boundary of Tapapa No. 3 Block; then south-easterly and
then north-easterly to and along the south-western and south-
eastern boundaries of Tapapa No. 3 Block, and the pro-
duction of the last-mentioned boundary to and up the middle
of the Mohaka River to a point in line with the southern
boundary of Wharetoto Block; then easterly to and along
that boundary and northerly along the eastern boundary
of that block and its production to the middle of the
Ripia River; then down the middle of the Mohaka River to a point in line with the western boundary of S.G.R. 9 in Block XI, Pohue
Survey District; then southerly to and along that boundary
to the north-eastern boundary of Block 95, Patoka Crown
Grant District, and south-easterly along that boundary
to the northern boundary of D.P. 1726; then easterly along
that boundary to its easternmost point and along a right
line to the south-western corner of Section 6, Block XVI,
Pohue Survey District, and still easterly along the southern
boundary of that section to and southerly and then easterly
along the western and southern boundaries of Section 5
of that Block XVI, to the western boundary of Section 15,
also that Block XVI; then northerly, easterly, and generally
southerly along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries
of that Section 15 and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the middle of Kings Stream; then down the
middle of that stream to and down the middle of the Manga-
one River to a point in line with the northern boundary
of Lot 1, Deeds Plan 367; then easterly generally to
and along that boundary, the north-western and north-
eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 2169, again the northern
boundary of the aforesaid Lot 1 to and easterly along the
northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2169, and the production
of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Glengarry
Road; then south-easterly generally along the middle of
that road to a point in line with the northern boundary
of the land shown in Deeds Plan 234; then easterly
generally to and along that boundary to and along the
northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 884, to and along the
northern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8666, to and along the
northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6541, to and southerly
