  1. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences
    by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical
    Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and
    shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be
    inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
  2. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance
    by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935,
    the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference
    Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment
    thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they
    may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
  3. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs
    (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (h) of regulation 21-01
    of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
  4. This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined,
    continue in force until the 1st day of November 1968.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area described in the Order in Council dated the
28th day of February 1966, and published in the Gazette
on the 10th day of March 1966, at page 332.

to the Raglan County Council stopping the portions of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

Boundaries of County of Geraldine and Borough of Temuka
Altered

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of
May 1966

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order:

ORDER

  1. The areas described in the Schedule hereto shall be
    excluded from the County of Geraldine and included in the
    Borough of Temuka.
  2. The alterations of the boundaries of the said county
    and the said borough shall be deemed to have been effected
    under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all that area in the Canterbury Land District,
Geraldine County, containing 103 acres, more or less, bounded
by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the
Borough of Temuka, the said point being the intersection
of the north side of Cass Street and the middle line of
Wallingford Street and proceeding northerly generally along
the middle lines of Wallingford Street, Lachlan Street, and
Grants Road to the middle of Donald Street; thence easterly
along that middle line and its production to the eastern side
of No. 1 State Highway; thence southerly along that roadside
to the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 19168; thence
easterly along that boundary, the abutment of Neal Street
and Lot 25, D.P. 741, to the western boundary of Lot 42
D.P. 421; thence generally southerly along that boundary
across Evans Street and along the western and southern
boundary of Lot 37, D.P. 741 to the middle of Levens Lane;
thence southerly along that middle line to the middle of
St. Leonards Street; thence easterly along that middle line
to the western boundary of the South Island Main Trunk
Railway; thence southerly along that boundary to the northern
side of Cass Street (the said point being on the northern
boundary of the Temuka Borough); thence westerly along
that roadside to the point of commencement.

SECONDLY, all that area in the Canterbury Land District,
Geraldine County, containing 78 acres, more or less, bounded
by a line commencing at a point on the northern boundary
of the Borough of Temuka, the said point being on the western
boundary of the South Island Main Trunk Railway in line
with the southern side of North Town Belt and proceeding
northerly along the said railway boundary to a point in line
with the northern side of North Town Belt; thence easterly
along that line to the western side of McNairs Road; thence
northerly along that roadside to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7448; thence easterly to
and along the northern boundaries of the said Lot 1, Lots 3,
4, and 5, D.P. 7857, Lot 2, D.P. 20924, and Lot 1, D.P. 6348
to the western side of Grange Settlement Road; thence
southerly along that roadside to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 23584; thence easterly
across Grange Settlement Road to and along the northern
boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 23584, Lots 3, 4, and 5, D.P. 4373
and the production of the last mentioned boundary to the
middle of Factory Road; thence northerly along that middle
line to a point in line with the northern boundary of
Lot 1, D.P. 15287; thence easterly to and along the northern
boundary of the said Lot 1, Lots 14, 13, 12, 11, and 10,
D.P. 3202, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4810, and Lot 1, D.P. 19268,
to the western boundary of part Rural Section 2483 as
described in N.Z. Gazette, 1964, page 1970 (Temuka District
High School); thence northerly along that boundary to
the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4894; thence
south-easterly along that boundary and its production to
the middle of Guild Road; thence southerly along that
middle line to the middle of North Town Belt; thence
easterly along that middle line to a point in line with
the eastern side of Murray Street; thence southerly along that
line to the south side of North Town Belt; thence westerly
along that roadside and its production to the point of com-
mitment.

THIRDLY, all that area in the Canterbury Land District,
Geraldine County, containing 1 acre, more or less, bounded
by a line commencing at a point on the western boundary
of the Borough of Temuka, the said point being the inter-
section of the southern side of High Street and the western
side of Fraser Street and proceeding easterly along the southern
side of High Street to the eastern boundary of Reserve 4507;
thence southerly along that boundary and the eastern boundary
of Rural Section 3699 to the eastern boundary of Reserve
3546 (being a point on the western boundary of Lot 2,
D.P. 22269); thence north-westerly along that boundary to
the western side of Fraser Street; thence northerly along that
roadside to the point of commencement.

Revocation of a Warrant Vesting Control of the Victoria
High Level Bridge Over the Waikato River at Hamilton
in the Cambridge Borough Council and Apportioning the
Cost of Maintenance

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

Whereas by Warrant dated 9 August 1921, published in
Gazette of 18 August 1921 at page 2158 and varied by
Warrant dated 13 August 1926 published in Gazette of
19 August 1926 at page 2539, it was directed that the Victoria
High Level Bridge at Cambridge should be under the exclusive
care, control, and management of the Cambridge Borough
Council and further provided that the cost of maintenance
thereof should be borne by the said Borough Council, the
Waipa County Council, the Matamata County Council, the
Waikato County Council, and the Cambridge Road Board
in the proportions therein mentioned; and whereas the said
bridge is now within the boundaries of the Cambridge Borough
Council; and whereas the National Roads Board has recom-
mended that the Warrant be revoked.

Now therefore, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to the
Public Works Act 1928, do hereby revoke the said Warrant
dated 9 August 1921 as varied by Warrant dated 13 August
1926, with effect from 1 April 1966.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General the 17th day of May 1966.
