IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Princess Bakery Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 23rd day of February presented to the said Court by Henry Berry Ltd., a company duly incorporated and having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Friday, the 27th day of May 1966, at 10 a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Coromandel County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a public work, namely, the taking for a public road that piece of land containing three roods twenty-one decimal one perches (3 rds. 21·1 per.), more or less, being part Section 12, Block XI, Otama Survey District, as the same is coloured blue on Survey Office Plan 42839.

A copy of the said plan is available for inspection at the office of the said County Council in Kapanga Road, Coromandel, during business hours without fee.

All persons affected by the said taking who have any well founded objections to such taking must state their objections in writing and lodge the same at the office of the said County Council on or before the 30th day of June 1966.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP PART OF A ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Coromandel County Council acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 intends to stop that part of the road containing one acre and sixteen decimal five perches (1 ac. and 16·5 per), more or less, being part of Sections 12 and 14 of Block XI, Otama Survey District, and coloured green on Survey Office Plan 42839.

A copy of the said plan is available for inspection at the office of the said County Council in Kapanga Road, Coromandel, during business hours without fee.

All persons affected by the said stopping who have any well founded objections to such stopping must state their objections in writing and lodge the same at the Office of the said County Council on or before the 30th day of June 1966.

WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei County Council proposes under the provisions of the said Act, to take the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the piece of land required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council, situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such land who have any objections to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must lodge their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, Springs Flat, Kamo.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing. At any such hearing the objector shall be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.
