Road Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed
Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives notice as follows:
-
The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949,
dated the 9th day of May 1960f which relates to No. 1 State
Highway (Awanui-Bluff) adjacent to Milton Borough in Bruce
County is hereby revoked. -
The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
52 of the Transport Act 1962. -
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the
Traffic Regulations 1956*.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Milton Borough—
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from a point 4 chains
measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from
Melville Avenue to the north-eastern boundary of Milton
Borough).
SECOND SCHEDULE

Roads Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed
Zones Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives notice as follows:
-
The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949
and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the
23rd day of June 1959f, which relates to the Dunedin - Port
Chalmers Main Highway No. 225 and the new Main Road in
West Harbour Borough is hereby revoked. -
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52
of the Transport Act 1962. -
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes
of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Dunedin City:
The Dunedin - Port Chalmers Road (from a point 12 chains
measured easterly generally from Leander Street to a point
20 chains measured westerly generally along the said Dunedin -
Port Chalmers Road from Tekapo Street).
The Dunedin - Port Chalmers Road (from a point 15 chains
measured north-easterly from Jessie Street to the northern
boundary of Dunedin City).
SECOND SCHEDULE
