Closely Populated Locality and Limited Speed Zones Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives notice as follows:
- The following Warrants which relate to areas in Wai-
mairi County are hereby revoked-
(a) The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act
1949, dated the 22nd day of July 1959, which relates
to an area adjacent to Christchurch City and
Riccarton Borough;
(b) The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act
1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations
1956, dated the 4th day of September 1959, which
relates to Hills Road;
(c) The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act
1949, dated the 27th day of May 1960§, which relates
to Beach Road;
(d) The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act
1949 dated the 17th day of September 1962∥, which
relates to the portion of the No. 1 State Highway
(Awanui-Bluff) known as Cranford Street;
(e) The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act
1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations
1956, dated the 29th day of January 1963∥, as relates
to the following roads-Burwood, Harewood, High-

side of Racecourse Road; thence north-easterly generally on
the projection of that north-western side across State High-
way No. 73 to the north-eastern side of that State Highway;
thence north-westerly generally along that roadside across
